"PicoPika" is a spiral-type pico hydropower generation device developed with the aim of further promoting the explosive spread of small hydropower. It also serves as an environmental education material that discovers the hydropower energy that is still dormant and promotes local production and consumption of energy. As part of our small hydropower promotion activities, we conduct assembly workshops in various locations, primarily at elementary schools in Gifu Prefecture. The spiral part of PicoPika is made using recycled plastic bottle caps collected by children.
